Add A College Portfolio

Please follow these four steps to add a college portfolio.

Step 1. Register

How many images do you want to upload? ( you will be invoiced for this amount)

Form not submitting?
Occasionally, due to server side activity, an application error may prevent the form from submitting. If this happens simply put your information in the body of an email, put AOI Portfolio Submission in the subject line and send to admin@aoiportfolios.com.


Step 2. Confirmation
On receipt of your form your Portfolio will be set-up and we will e-mail you a confirmation message including your username, password and User Guide. This procedure normally only takes a few hours but may take up to 24 hours depending on website activity
Once you have received your username and password you be able to start uploading images. Please read the instructions contained in the User Guide for further information.


Step 3. Payment
Once your form has been processed we will invoice you. Alternatively you can pay immediately using either of the following methods:

  • For credit card payments via telephone, please call our finance officer on 020 7324 7220 (from overseas dial +44 (0)20 7324 7220).


Step 4. Icon
After, or before, uploading your images your must e-mail us your introductory icon (as described in the User Guide). This is required to make your Portfolio visible to site visitors in the various menus.
