How can I add my images to AOI Portfolios?
Go to the Add Portfolio page.

Do you have any technical information about how to manage a Portfolio?
Yes, we have a User Guide. A copy of this is sent to you when subscribing

How do I retrieve my lost username/password?
Click Login on the top menu. Select the 'Forgot your password?' link and follow the on-screen instructions.

Why can I not sign-in/upload images?
Please consult the troubleshooting section. If you still encounter problems then email admin@aoiportfolio.com for technical support.

I have uploaded and keyworded my images but why aren't they showing up in the search results?
Images are only included in search results after the Portfolio database has indexed them. Portfolios are indexed twice a day.

What governs the display order of Portfolio images?
By default images are displayed randomly within the various categories. You can sort the images by choosing from the options contained in the sort list above the thumbnail display, sort by names, date, hits or random.

Are there any restrictions on who or what can be submitted?
Not specifically. Portfolios are open to all illustrators. However, AOI Portfolios reserves the right to refuse acceptance of images for whatever reason.
